Age: Six months, but appears 13 14. o-orz. my last minute skills, they are epically flawed.
Height: Taller than his mother.
Weight: No idea, but probably a bit on the lighter side of normal.
Medical Info: Has no navel! Other than that, entirely normal.
Eyes: Brown. No, blue. No, brown. No, blue... gray?
Hair: Brown.
Physical Features: Again, has no navel! Also, he runs like a dork. This is probably because he is one.

What's Okay To Mention: Anything goes. He was grown in a lab, he can take whatever you throw at him. Just... be prepared to explain why. As to canon, for the general Whoniverse he is up to date with the end of Season Four Doctor Who. HOWEVER, I will not be updating him with Season Two SJA, at least not until it has finished, since there are likely to be epic twists and turns. So no spoilers, please.

Abilities: Well, apparently his brain is chock full of delicious telekinetic energy, but that only manifests when he's got that headband jiggery thing on. Which he will not be having in camp, because nobody wants to hurt the adorable kid, right? RIGHT. Other than that, he's extremely intelligent and has a memory that I am so jealous of - for example, he can remember every word of every book he's ever read. And he reads extremely fast.

Notes for Psychics: I think he would be an open book to psychics, given how completely trusting he is under normal circumstances.

Shapeshifting/Bodyswapping/Spitting at/Stepping on/Etc: Ask first! I'll most likely be okay with it.

Hugging/Kissing/Other Non-Violent Physical Contact: Luke loves cuddles, apparently his smarts make him a total hit with the ladies, and he has recently learned how to high-five. Bring it.

Maim/Murder/Death: No, thank you.

Emo/Angst/Drama: This is acceptable. But, you know, he's basically a baby. Let's not be too nasty. He doesn't even know what emo is yet.
